| Product Details, Prices and Promotions: |
The product prices displayed on the website include VAT, where applicable. Where additional charges are made for delivery, they are clearly displayed, and are valid
and effective only in the United Kingdom.
Unfortunately, we are under no obligation to honour any in-store price or promotion in the event that they differ from those on the website. Similarly, The Cloth Store stores are under no
obligation to honour any price or promotion offered on this website, should they differ from those in-store.
We take great care to present the products on our website as accurately as possible, however, although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on the website is accurate,
occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either contact you and ask whether you wish to cancel your order
or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We are not obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.
We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, products and specifications of products on the website at our discretion at any time before we accept your order. We reserve the right to
withdraw any goods from the website at any time.
We are unable to guarantee that the images of the products you see are accurate, because it depends on your monitor’s display settings. |

| Ordering: |
Before you can pay for your order, we’ll ask you to either register a new account, or login to your existing account. Please make
sure you’ve entered your contact details accurately. Once you’ve placed an order with us, we’ll send you an acknowledgement email with your order number, and details
of the goods you have ordered. At this stage, your order is still subject to acceptance by us. Although we don’t have to accept your order, we would do normally where:
- You are over 18
- The product(s) you want to buy are available
- The product price is correct
- Your credit/debit card has been authorised
Your order will be accepted once you have paid for it in full, and has been sent out by us, and at this stage, a binding contract exists between us. We will send you an email confirming
that your order has been dispatched to you, unless we’ve been unable to accept your order, or you’ve cancelled it. In certain circumstances, it will be possible for either you or us to cancel
the order. Please see our Delivery and Information page for further details. |
| |
| Age restricted items: |
|
Where products are deemed unsuitable for use by a certain age group, we’ll make this clear in the item description. These can include products
with small parts which may be unsuitable for children of certain ages or anyone under the age of 18, provided they are supervised by an adult, such as craft knives, glues and adhesives. Where
there are items with an age restriction on them, you will be asked to confirm you accept these Terms and Conditions before you can place your order.
If we discover that an order has been placed by a person under the age of 18, it will be cancelled by us, without notice.
Aerosol Products are not offered online. |
| |
| Payments: |
Your payment will be taken when we dispatch your order. We can only accept payment from credit or debit cards with a UK billing address. Unfortunately
we can’t accept orders from non-UK billing addresses at this time.
You can only use a credit/debit card that is registered in your name. All orders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by your card issuer, and by our card payment processor.
If your card issuer does not authorise payment, we cannot accept your order and we cannot be responsible for any delay or non-delivery. If this happens, you should contact your card issuer.
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any charges imposed by your card issuer or bank as a result of your order. |
| |
| Delivery Addresses: |
To reduce the risk of fraud we require that your order is delivered to the registered address of the card holder.
Unfortunately, we are unable to support multiple delivery addresses per order.
Refer to your paperwork to see whether there is more than one parcel. For example, if it says 1 of 2 or 1 of 3, then this means that we were unable to package your entire order on one
package and you 6. |
